I had such a fun time shooting this story that I was commissioned for by New Haven Magazine. The high school football game was between the Madison Hand Tigers and the Chesire Rams, who were defeated 14-13. Thousands of spectators came out for the big rival game. This selection of images are not traditional sports photography; the focus is not of the happenings on the field, but rather what surrounds it.
